Policies

All stylists at The OG Studio are independent service providers and run their own business within the studio. The OG Studio is simply a hosting salon where creative individuals can share a space.

These policies are generalized and subject to change curtesy of the individual stylists, if you have any questions or concerns feel free to reach out or get in contact with the stylist. 

​

Stylists Noemi & Jodi share the same booking platform; therefore the booking policies are the same and listed below. 

​

BOOKING POLICY 

As an insurance to committing to hair services and time slots, a 25% deposit is required to book an appointment. Upon checkout the remaining balance will be charge. By booking an appointment you consent and are aware of our policies.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

We completely understand that sometimes things unexpectedly happen that is out of our control. We value your time equally as much as you value ours which is why we ask for a notice of 24 hours if possible to avoid any fees and allowing us to fill those spots with others in our waitlist.

 

Our booking system (Vagaro) allows for the ease of cancelling & rescheduling your appointment online which is very efficient compared to getting ahold of your stylist if its outside working hours.  

​

Appointments canceled within a short notice will be charged 25%-50% depending on the selected services.

​

Appointments not honored and unnotified to the stylist will be charged 50%-100% depending on the selected services and will result in future appointments to be paid prior to being serviced.

​

Repeating offenders of not honoring appointments may result in permanently being ban from ever getting service by any stylist at The OG Studio,

LATE POLICY

Traffic can be unpredictable! If you are running within  5-15 minutes late to your appointment, please get in contact with The OG Studio or your stylist so that you aren't charged a "no-show" fee. 

​

If you are more than 15 minutes late and within notice based on your stylist's time and schedule your appointment may be adjusted or shorten to avoid conflict of the following and remaining appointments.

SATISFACTION POLICY​

We pride ourselves in providing quality services and your satisfaction. We are human and sometimes make mistakes that may not be noticeable before you leave. As per consultation, if you need an adjustment please reach out with 7 days in order for you to get serviced as soon as possible. In most cases this is free or charge unless stated otherwise by your stylist.

If you or someone else make adjustments to your hair after being serviced by one of our stylists you will no longer have the option to have your hair adjusted free of charge as we are only accountable for the service performed which will be nulled due to not been given the chance to correct it firsthand and therefore not responsible for post results not created by the stylists.
